Terms and Conditions for $1,000 Social Media Giveaway

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of Hamilton, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, associates, contractors, and any individuals in a business relationship with Timmys Tanur, as well as current or former employees of Timmys Tanur and Eastern Food Market, are not eligible to participate or win.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway ends on December 13th at sunset. Entries submitted after the giveaway period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:
* Follow the official Timmys Tanur social media account on the platform the guess is made on.
* Like the official giveaway video posted on the platform the guess is made on.
* Tag a different person in the comments of the giveaway post for each guess made (each guess counts as one entry). Multiple entries are allowed, but each tag must be for a unique person.

4. Giveaway Requirements

* Participants must be following Timmys Tanur’s official social media account on the platform the guess is made on. at the time of entry and at the time the winner is chosen.
* Each valid guess must include a different tagged person; tagging the same individual more than once will disqualify the entry.
* Each entry must follow all instructions exactly as outlined, including tagging individuals properly and engaging with the giveaway post as described.

5. Disqualification

Entries will be disqualified if:
* The participant is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
* Any participant is found to have received a hint, direction, or any form of guidance towards the correct answer by any staff member, associate, contractor, or any person affiliated with Timmys Tanur, either directly or indirectly.
* The participant is a current or former employee of Timmys Tanur or Eastern Food Market.
* The participant fails to meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected, whoever guess the exact phrase first. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for the giveaway. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize

The prize consists of $1,000 CAD. The prize will be delivered via cash, and the winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize.

8. Publicity

By entering this giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Timmys Tanur to use their name, likeness, and social media handle in any promotional materials, including social media posts and advertisements, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The winner also agrees to participate in 3 social media videos in collaboration with Timmys Tanur.

9. General Conditions

* Timmys Tanur reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or fraud.
* By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Timmys Tanur, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
* This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

10. Governing Law

This giveaway and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamilton, Ontario
